These is the criteria that the AADB Foundation (Anita, Amado Batac and Dr. Dante Batac Foundation) is going to use to base their decision in the selection of their scholars.
The Foundation is using Mr. Amado Batac’s three (3) D’s. It was used by Dr. Dante Batac to succeed in his own life.
1.First D – Decision which to the Foundation means you have to decide what you want to do in life. What is your passion? When you decide that you will go to school then you have to make sure that you do.
2. Second D – Devotion is when you have the love loyalty and enthusiasm for your decision or passion. You don’t waiver.
3. Third D – Dedication is commitment to a task, passion or purpose.
4. AADB Foundation will offer scholarship to students who would like and/or willing to learn skills, training and education that the student can use to earn a living. Skills, training and education the student can use in the community they live to help better the lives of their family, their neighbors and their community.
5. Students who have met the above criteria but are unable to go to school due to financial need.
6. Students must have a grade average of 2.
The student must be enrolled as a fulltime student based on the course curriculum and the student must be able to finish course as per projected time frame of course curriculum.
The applicant will maintain average grade of 2 or better. In any case the applicant fails a subject the scholarship is terminated.
The applicant is required to submit their grades at the end of every semester and complete a renewal form with the foundation. A copy of the grades will also be requested from the school or a certified true and correct grade from the Register.

8. An essay written by the student about himself/herself, why he/she is applying for the scholarship must be attached to the application.
9. Applicant must be bona fide resident of the following locality:
a. Albay Province – first priority
b. Camarines Sur province – second priority
d. Bicol region
Proof of residence:
1.Birth Certificate
2. Letter of certification from Barangay Captain
10. Must have 2 references from people who knows the applicant personally and can vouch for their character and educational background.
11. Interview (virtual, face to face or phone) when both parties are available.
The applicants who are qualified will receive the following:
a. Tuition fee (directly paid to the school)
b. Partial book allowance
The applicant will be notified by the foundation 30 business days after receipt of application.
